This is a Desk Accessory and requires a DA-Launcher.

The best DA-Launcher is probably DA Launcher from
Hacker Dude-san available at simple-palm.com.
Try to get version 4.0. In this version settings can be
found in the Preferences panel.
You can also get DA Launcher here.

The DA is freeware. It will be useful mainly to developers that write
for the Palm OS. It lists the "old" types that still prevail heftily in
current source code together with their modern translations thus
making it a little easier to adapt old code.

The download consists of a .zip file.
